Planner Facade

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, meticulously tracking progress against milestones and identifying critical path activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment on project timelines and resource allocation. • Proactively identify potential risks and schedule deviations, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to keep projects on track. • Prepare and present detailed schedule reports and performance metrics to stakeholders, clearly communicating project status and potential impacts. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or engineering industry. • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) is highly desirable. • Proficiency in industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA PowerProject).
