**Responsibilities:** * **Crafting Authentic Italian Pizzas:** * Prepare and hand\-stretch pizza dough to perfection. * Create traditional Italian pizza sauces using high\-quality ingredients. * Expertly layer toppings for a visually appealing and flavorful pizza. * **Mastering the Oven:** * Operate pizza ovens with precision and ensure pizzas are baked to perfection. * Monitor oven temperatures to achieve the ideal crust texture. * **Maintaining Quality Standards:** * Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in pizza preparation. * Ensure all ingredients meet our freshness and quality criteria. * **Collaborating with the Team:** * Work seamlessly with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow. * Communicate effectively to ensure customer preferences are met. * **Adhering to Hygiene and Safety Standards:** * Follow proper food safety and hygiene protocols. * Keep workstations clean and organized. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as an Italian Pizza Maker, with a strong portfolio of traditional pizzas. * Deep knowledge of Italian pizza styles, dough techniques, and authentic flavor profiles. * Ability to handle high\-pressure situations and maintain quality during peak hours. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
