PIZZA CHEF

**WE ARE HIRING – PIZZA CHEF** We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef with excellent knowledge of **authentic pizza preparation, dough making, baking techniques, sauces and toppings**. **Key Requirements:** * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** as a Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo * Strong knowledge of **pizza dough preparation, fermentation, proofing and portioning** * Experience preparing a variety of **Italian\-style and specialty pizzas** * Skilled in preparing pizza sauces, toppings and fresh ingredients * Experience working with **professional pizza ovens** * Ability to maintain consistent standards of **taste, texture, presentation and portion control** * Good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and kitchen safety standards * Ability to work efficiently in a **fast\-paced, high\-volume kitchen** * Creative, organized and passionate about quality food * Previous experience in a **reputed restaurant, Italian restaurant, pizzeria or 4/5\-star hotel** is preferred * Candidates currently available in **Bahrain** will be given preference Interested candidates are invited to send their **updated CV**, mentioning **“Pizza Chef”** as the position applied for.
