**Job Title:** **Pizza Chef Italian – Relocation to Doha, Qatar** We are looking for an Pizza Chef \- Italian to join our kitchen staff and make delicious pizzas based on both traditional and modern recipes. An Italian Pizza Chef is responsible for preparing authentic Italian\-style pizzas, using traditional recipes and techniques. Ultimately, you will help increase client satisfaction by preparing high\-quality Italian pizzas. **Company Overview** The House Restaurant is a restaurant business, founded by Qatari entrepreneurs who re\-identified the value and quality of food, beverage and experience in Doha. Not only are you here to dine, you’re here to have a good time. **Responsibilities** · Prepare authentic Italian pizzas. · Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese\-stuffed · Make fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces · Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms) · Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef · Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed · Use less traditional ingredients to appeal to a larger audience (for example, vegan cheese and gluten\-free flour) · Cook appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and salads · Recommend new recipes to update our menus · Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment **Requirements and skills** · **Experience:** Proven experience as a Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) in authentic Italian pizzerias or high\-end restaurants.  **Technical Skill:** Deep knowledge of flour types, hydration ratios, yeast management, and oven control.  **Languages:** English conversational skills are required to communicate with a multicultural kitchen team.  **Mobility:** Ready and eligible to relocate to Doha, Qatar within 2 months.
