Personal Trainer

This is a performance-driven role suited to individuals who enjoy coaching, building relationships, and growing a loyal client base. Commission-only based on number of sessions delivered. • Deliver exceptional one-to-one Personal Training sessions. • Conduct fitness consultations and convert prospective clients into long-term Personal Training clients. • Design and manage personalised training programmes using coaching software such as Everfit. • Monitor client progress and provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability. • Build strong, long-term relationships with members to maximise client retention. • Promote Personal Training services and contribute to business growth. • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and gym presentation. • Work collaboratively with the team to create an outstanding member experience. • Consistently achieve agreed KPIs relating to coaching performance, client retention, sales, and professional standards. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Trainer with excellent spoken and written English, a recognised Personal Training qualification (REPs UAE registration or an equivalent international certification preferred), and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be confident in both coaching and sales, comfortable using coaching platforms such as Everfit or similar software, and demonstrate the professionalism, reliability, and self-motivation required to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
