Personal Assistant & Sales representative

We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant \& Sales Representative Project Reshape Sports Coaching LLC \| Dubai, UAE Project Reshape is a premium mobile personal training and wellness company operating in partnership with Champs Platinum gym (Downtown Dubai), with locations at City Walk and Al Quoz. We deliver elite, results\-driven coaching to a discerning client base across Dubai — and we’re looking for a sharp, personable all\-rounder to help us run and grow the business day to day. The Role We need someone who can wear two hats fluently: keeping the business organized behind the scenes, and confidently closing sales in front of clients. You’ll be the connective tissue between our coaches, our clients, and our leadership — making sure nothing falls through the cracks while actively driving new membership and coaching sign\-ups. What You’ll Do * Manage day\-to\-day administrative operations: scheduling, client communications, follow\-ups, and CRM upkeep * Handle inbound leads and walk\-ins, confidently pitching and closing personal training packages and memberships * Support client onboarding — paperwork, agreements, and a smooth first\-week experience * Coordinate between coaches, clients, and management to keep sessions and logistics running smoothly * Draft and manage correspondence, invoices, and light reporting * Represent the Project Reshape brand with polish in every interaction — in person, on the phone, and in writing * Problem\-solve on the fly when schedules clash, clients have concerns, or admin issues pop up What We’re Looking For * A strong, likeable personality — someone clients and coaches naturally warm to * Confident, persuasive communicator who can sell without being pushy * Fast and accurate with administrative tasks — organized, detail\-oriented, doesn’t let things slip * A natural problem\-solver who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told * Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, client\-facing environment * Prior experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or client relations is a strong plus * Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages a bonus given Dubai’s client mix) * Based in or able to relocate to Dubai Why Join Project Reshape * Work with a premium, growing brand in Dubai’s fitness and wellness space * Direct exposure to business operations and sales strategy — real growth potential * Competitive base salary plus sales commission structure * A close\-knit, high\-performance team environment Pay: AED4,000\.00 \- AED15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
