Personal Assistant I am looking for a reliable, organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support me with day\-to\-day personal matters and selected private business activities. Key Responsibilities * Manage personal errands, appointments, bookings, reservations, and day\-to\-day requirements. * Organize my calendar, reminders, deadlines, and follow\-ups. * Review and organize emails, highlight important matters, and assist with responses when needed. * Help complete outstanding administrative and work\-related tasks. * Arrange travel, appointments, purchases, deliveries, and other personal requirements. * Support basic administration for my private business, including coordination, documents, invoices, quotations, and follow\-ups. * Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, contractors, and other external parties. * Research services, products, travel, or other requirements and present suitable options. * Keep track of pending tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion. * Handle all personal and business information with strict confidentiality. Ideal Candidate I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, organized, resourceful, and able to take initiative. The right person should be comfortable managing different tasks, solving problems independently, and knowing when something requires my attention. Strong English communication and computer skills are required. Arabic and a valid UAE driving licence would be an advantage. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred. Pay: AED3,500\.00 \- AED5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
