Pediatric Surgical Nurse

**Job Description:** Care of the Child requiring: * Chest Tubes. * High flow Nasal Cannula. * Tracheostomy. * Central line Care and Management. * G\- Tube Care and Management. * Post \-Op Cardiac Adult Care and Management. Specifically: * Growth and development, Birth – Adult. * Head\-to\-toe assessment, recognition of the unwell child. * IV fluid Management; monitoring Input/Output. * Specimen Collection. * Care Planning. * Medication Administration; including Oxygen Administration. * Basic Monitoring including early warning scores. * Nutritional requirements and enteral Feeding. * Pain assessment and management, including epidural and PCA Management. * Risk screening and Management. * Skin Integrity. * Wound Assessment and Management. * Management and Insertion of Urinary Catheter and Bladder Care. * Transfusion Management. * Point of Care Testing. **Requirements:** * Bachelor Degree in Nursing (4 years) * Registered Nurse in Qatar * 2\+ years of recent clinical nursing experience within the relevant specialty from a highly esteemed healthcare institution * Valid professional Nursing license in country of origin **Specific Skills and Abilities:** * Effective communication skills * Excellent team player * Motivated and enthusiastic * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite * Fluency in written and spoken English Application Question(s): * Are you a registered nurse in Qatar holding a valid RGN Medical License? * How soon can you join?
