PCBA Quality Engineer Assistant

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details** Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards. Read and interpret electronic schematics, technical drawings, and product specifications to support quality inspections and manufacturing activities. Prepare, maintain, and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, inspection records, manuals, and reference samples. Support the introduction of new products into production by verifying that quality requirements are properly implemented. Work closely with production teams, engineering, suppliers, and other departments to identify and resolve product quality issues. Participate in root cause investigations and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes, product reliability, and overall quality performance. Help maintain compliance with company quality systems, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards. Inspect and verify electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications. Prepare quality reports, record inspection results, and maintain accurate documentation to support production and quality control activities. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline. Basic knowledge or previous experience in electronics manufacturing or quality control will be considered an advantage. Interest in PCBA manufacturing processes, production technologies, and electronic assembly operations. Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality\-related issues. Excellent attention to detail with a systematic and quality\-focused approach to work. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation. Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams.
