Payment Gateway Head

We are looking for an experienced **Head of Payment Gateway** to lead and optimise our payment operations within the fast\-paced iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payment gateways, PSPs, acquiring, and high\-volume online transactions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage payment gateway and PSP operations. * Manage relationships with payment providers, banks, and acquiring partners. * Optimise payment approval rates, transaction costs, and payment performance. * Oversee deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, refunds, and payment reconciliation. * Monitor payment risks, fraud, and operational issues. * Identify and implement new payment methods and providers across markets. * Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams. * Monitor KPIs and provide regular payment performance reports. * Ensure payment processes meet regulatory and company requirements. Requirements * 5\+ years of experience in payments, PSPs, acquiring, or fintech. * Strong understanding of **iGaming payment flows and payment gateways**. * Experience managing multiple PSPs and payment methods. * Strong commercial and negotiation skills. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Experience with international and multi\-currency payments is a plus. * Strong leadership and communication skills.
