Patient Services Specialist

**Job Overview:** We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible **Patient Services Specialist** to join our team and provide support to patients and visitors within a healthcare environment. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Minimum **High School Certificate**. * **No previous experience required**; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional and courteous manner when dealing with patients and visitors. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Good command of **English**; Arabic is an advantage. * Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment and follow instructions and procedures. * Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist patients and visitors with general inquiries and directions. * Support patients in accessing the appropriate hospital departments and services. * Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients throughout their visit. * Coordinate with hospital staff and relevant departments when required. * Assist with patient flow and ensure smooth movement within designated areas. * Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality when dealing with patients. * Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety requirements. * Report any patient concerns or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor. * Perform other duties related to patient services as assigned by the supervisor. **Required Skills:** * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Patient, polite, and compassionate approach. * Good interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. * Good teamwork and cooperation. * Responsible and punctual. * Good organizational skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt to a healthcare environment.
