Patient Care Assistant - Pediatric

The purpose of this role is to work as part of the nursing team, supporting registered nurses and doctors in delivering a high-quality service. The post holder will be expected to work in line with evidence-based guidelines and unit-specific competencies, ensuring safe and effective patient care. Under the direction of the sister or Senior Nurse, the role will also involve supporting the smooth facilitation of patients throughout the clinic pathway.
