Patient Acquisition Specialist (Sales)

Tooth Tastic Dental Clinic \| Dubai, UAE Salary: 5,000 AED/month \+ **Commission** **About the Role** This is not a receptionist or admin role We're looking for a driven, people\-focused communicator who will own the entire patient journey from the first message or call all the way to a confirmed appointment and beyond. You'll be the first point of contact for every patient inquiry, and your job is to turn those inquiries into bookings. If you love talking to people, enjoy a bit of a challenge, and take satisfaction in hitting targets this role is for you. **What You'll Do** \- Respond promptly to all incoming patient inquiries across phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email \- Actively convert inquiries into booked appointments — not just answer questions \- Follow up with patients who inquired but haven't booked yet \- Re\-engage past patients who are due for check\-ups or haven't visited in a while \- Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation management \- Communicate treatment options and promotions clearly to encourage patient decisions \- Track daily inquiry\-to\-booking conversion and report to management \- Maintain patient records and communication logs in the clinic system **What We're Looking For** Must Have: \- Fluency in English \- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales, telesales, customer acquisition, or patient\-facing role no fresh graduates, no exceptions \- Confidence handling objections and guiding patients toward booking decisions \- Fast response time and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously \- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email Preferred: * Arabic speaker. * Prior experience in a dental clinic, medical center, or healthcare setting * Experience with clinic management software or CRM tools * Track record of meeting or exceeding booking/sales targets **What This Role Is NOT** To save everyone's time, this role is NOT suited for candidates **looking for a traditional front\-desk receptionist or administrative assistant position.** There is no greeting patients at the door or filing paperwork this is a communication and conversion\-focused role where your results are measured by bookings. Compensation \- Base Salary: 5,000 AED/month \- Commission: Once you hit your monthly booking target, you earn a percentage on every additional booking and converted lead. No cap the more you convert, the more you take home. Your income is directly tied to your performance, which means top performers take home significantly more than the base salary.
