Pastry Chef

We are looking for an experienced and creative **Pastry Chef** to join our team and lead daily pastry production while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise daily pastry production. * Prepare cakes, desserts, pastries, and bakery products according to standards. * Develop new products and improve existing recipes. * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation. * Monitor food safety, hygiene, and proper storage procedures. * Control wastage and maintain efficient ingredient usage. * Manage pastry inventory and coordinate with the purchase team. * Train and supervise pastry team members. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section. **Requirements:** * 3\+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a bakery, café, or F\&B environment. * Strong knowledge of pastry production, desserts, cakes, and baking techniques. * Good team leadership and communication skills. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced kitchen. * Strong UAE experience is preferred. * Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred. **Salary:** AED 4,000–6,000, depending on experience and skills. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply through Indeed with their updated CV.
