The ideal candidate will bring artistry, precision, and innovation to our dessert offerings, ensuring every creation delights our guests. Key Responsibilities * **Menu Development**: Design and execute a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. * **Quality Control**: Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. * **Kitchen Management**: Oversee pastry production, inventory, and ordering of ingredients. * **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to integrate desserts into the overall menu. * **Innovation**: Introduce seasonal and signature creations that elevate the dining experience. * **Food Safety**: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Qualifications * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a **Pastry Chef** or similar role. * Strong knowledge of **baking techniques**, chocolate work, and plated desserts. * Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
