Join us as a Partner Support Engineer II to support and develop our Panel Builders by driving certification, technical excellence, digital transformation, and partner enablement across the region. If you're passionate about building strong partner relationships, delivering technical guidance, and helping customers achieve greater efficiency and sustainability through innovative solutions, this role offers the visibility and impact you're looking for. What will you do? • Support Panel Builders across the region, providing guidance and assistance throughout their journey to become certified EcoXpert partners. • Conduct audits and validations for Panel Builders, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and program standards. • Facilitate upskilling initiatives through technical training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Champion digital connectivity solutions and promote their integration within Panel Builder operations. • Develop tailored solutions and optimized architectures for customer projects, aligned with Schneider Electric's sustainability and energy management objectives. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales teams, and Channel Marketing to promote new offers, solutions, and business opportunities. • Organize and host periodic webinars, technical seminars, and training sessions for partners. • Conduct regular visits to Panel Builders across the region, building strong relationships and providing on-site support. • Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners enhance their capabilities and grow their business with Schneider Electric solutions What are the key skills we are looking for? • Partner Relationship Management intermediate level; building trusted relationships and driving long-term partner engagement. • Technical Consulting intermediate level; developing and recommending solutions aligned with customer and partner requirements. • Training & Enablement intermediate level; delivering technical training and supporting partner capability development. • Audit & Compliance Management intermediate level; validating adherence to certification requirements and quality standards. • Communication & Presentation Skills intermediate level; presenting technical concepts effectively to various audiences. • Digital Solutions Advocacy developing level; promoting connectivity and digital transformation initiatives. • Project & Opportunity Support developing level; supporting project development and solution optimization activities. • Cross-functional Collaboration developing level; working effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared objectives What qualifications will make you successful? • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • 3 5 years of experience in the electrical industry, preferably in partner support, panel builder support, technical sales, application engineering, or a similar role. • Proven experience supporting Panel Builders or channel partners within the electrical industry. • Strong understanding of certification processes and compliance requirements. • Knowledge of electrical distribution, industrial automation, or energy management solutions is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently. • Willingness to travel across the region as needed • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • 3 5 years of experience in the electrical industry, preferably in partner support, panel builder support, technical sales, application engineering, or a similar role. • Proven experience supporting Panel Builders or channel partners within the electrical industry. • Strong understanding of certification processes and compliance requirements. • Knowledge of electrical distribution, industrial automation, or energy management solutions is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently. • Willingness to travel across the region as needed
