Part-Time Native Chinese Teacher

Responsibilities: * Conduct Chinese language classes for students of various proficiency levels. * Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments tailored to students' learning needs and objectives. * Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment conducive to language acquisition. * Incorporate cultural insights and real\-life contexts into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture. * Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their language learning journey. * Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to continuously improve teaching methodologies and curriculum content. * Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance. Requirements: * Native proficiency in Chinese language. * Proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with students and colleagues. * Prior experience in teaching Chinese as a second language preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and working with students from diverse backgrounds. * Bachelor's degree in Chinese language, education, linguistics, or a related field preferred. * Teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
