Part\-Time E\-Commerce \& Online Sales Specialist – Cosmetics \& Skincare **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Position:** Part\-Time **Salary:** based on experience We are looking for an **experienced and skilled E\-Commerce \& Digital Sales Specialist** to help establish and grow the online sales of our cosmetics and skincare company. This is **not a basic social media job**. We are looking for someone who has **hands\-on experience in Dubai/UAE e\-commerce, cosmetics, skincare, beauty or retail** and can actually generate online orders and increase sales. Key Responsibilities * **Onboard DermaHive onto e\-commerce and online retail platforms such as Amazon UAE, Noon and other relevant marketplaces** * Identify and approach suitable **e\-commerce, beauty and online retail platforms** and establish collaborations * Handle communication, applications, documentation and requirements for **platform onboarding and seller registration** * Manage and optimize DermaHive's presence once onboarded * List and optimize **cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, supplements and general retail products** * Improve product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images and SEO * Run and optimize **Google Ads, Meta/Facebook \& Instagram Ads** to generate sales * Increase online orders and direct\-to\-consumer sales * Develop and manage the **DermaHive e\-commerce website** * Maintain products, pricing, inventory, offers, promotions and online content * Improve Google search visibility through **SEO and local/online SEO strategies** * Develop strategies to increase **genuine customer reviews, ratings and engagement** * Identify best\-selling products and create promotions to increase revenue * Find new online sales channels, marketplaces and retail partnerships * Research competitors, pricing and market opportunities * Track online sales, advertising performance, conversion rates and ROI * Provide regular reports showing **orders, sales, ad spend, conversion rates and growth** Requirements * **Proven hands\-on experience in UAE/Dubai e\-commerce** * Previous experience working with **cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, supplements or retail brands is highly preferred** * Experience with **Amazon UAE, Noon and other major e\-commerce platforms** * Experience **onboarding brands/businesses onto e\-commerce marketplaces** * Strong knowledge of **SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and e\-commerce marketing** * Experience building, managing or improving an **e\-commerce website** * Must understand how to **generate actual sales**, not just followers or likes * Ability to independently approach platforms and **secure onboarding/collaboration opportunities** * Strong understanding of the UAE online retail and beauty market * Must be able to show **previous work, successful projects or measurable sales results** We Are Looking For Someone Who Can: **Take DermaHive online from the ground up and grow it into a strong online cosmetics \& skincare brand.** The first priority will be to **get DermaHive onboarded onto Amazon UAE, Noon and other relevant e\-commerce/marketplace platforms**, followed by building our website, improving online visibility, running effective marketing campaigns and generating consistent online sales.
