Part Time Accountant

• Work Schedule - 4 days a month (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM) • Salary Sheet Preparation: Accurately calculate wages, process monthly payroll, and ensure timely updates. • Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal ledgers, identify discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items. • Month-End Closing Entries: Post accurate accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and adjusting journal entries to close monthly books. • Proven experience handling general accounting duties. • Proficiency in all standard cloud-based and desktop accounting software packages. • Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and payroll reporting. • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly with management. • Must hold a valid UAE residency visa (Freelance, Spouse, or Own Visa preferred).
