Job description
**Painter**
Hyperclean Technical Services is hiring an experienced Painter for villa, apartment, and commercial painting projects across the UAE.
**Scope of Work**
* Carry out surface preparation — sanding, scraping, filling, and priming
* Apply emulsion, enamel, and specialist finishes by brush, roller, and spray
* Execute putty and skim coat works to achieve a smooth, defect\-free substrate
* Deliver clean cut\-in lines, even coverage, and consistent sheen across large areas
* Carry out touch\-up, snagging, and remedial painting works
* Mask, protect, and reinstate work areas; maintain tidy sites throughout
* Comply with site safety requirements including working at height
**Requirements**
* Minimum 3–5 years' UAE experience in decorative and commercial painting
* Competent in spray application and high\-end interior finishes
* Strong attention to detail and consistent finish quality
* Valid UAE driving licence — will be a plus
* Able to work independently and complete units to handover standard
**Terms**
* Employment visa and medical insurance provided
* Salary commensurate with experience
* Candidates on cancelled visa / immediately available preferred
Pay: AED1,500\.00 \- AED2,000\.00 per month
