PAINTER ARTIST - FOR LEATHER GOODS - SALES

**Elemento Edition** is seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Leather Goods Painter \& Sales Associate** to join our team. This is a hands\-on role combining artistic craftsmanship, product finishing, showroom sales, and daily upkeep of our luxury retail environment. Key Responsibilities * Hand\-paint and customize **luxury leather goods and accessories**, including watch rolls, trays, boxes, card holders, cases and other Elemento Edition pieces. * Create precise artwork, initials, patterns and bespoke designs according to customer requests and approved references. * Work carefully with **genuine leather, Alcantara, textiles and other premium materials** without damaging the product. * Prepare leather surfaces correctly before painting and apply appropriate finishing and protective techniques. * Perform detailed touch\-ups and quality\-control inspections to ensure every finished piece meets **Elemento Edition's luxury standards**. * Maintain painting tools, brushes, paints and materials in excellent condition and keep the customization workspace clean and organized. * Assist customers in the showroom, explain products, materials, colors and personalization options, and provide a professional luxury shopping experience. * Support the sales team with **product recommendations, quotations, order taking and customer follow\-up**. * Keep products and displays properly arranged, clean and presentable throughout the day. * Assist with **showroom housekeeping and general upkeep**, ensuring counters, displays, shelves and work areas remain clean and organized. * Support stock organization, packaging, order preparation and other showroom duties when required. * Handle all products with exceptional care and maintain the presentation standards expected of a luxury brand. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in **hand painting, leather painting, fine art, illustration, customization or similar detailed artistic work**. * Strong freehand painting skills and excellent attention to small details. * Ability to work confidently on high\-value leather products. * Good understanding of colors, proportions and finishing quality. * Previous **retail or luxury sales experience** is an advantage. * Good spoken English and strong communication skills. * Professional appearance and customer\-service attitude. * Organized, responsible and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities. * Willing to assist with sales, product organization and showroom housekeeping in addition to painting duties. * Portfolio or examples of previous painting/artwork are highly preferred.
