• Receive work and Job Card from the workshop supervisor • By receiving the job card, performs each requirement and ticks and signed the checklist before moving forward. • Remove old, defected paint with the use of liquid paint remover, scraper, or other effective techniques. • Ensure that enough paint/paint material is available in stock. • Prepare the mix of colours and ensure the matching of original colour. • If any material is required to purchase, informs the supervisor. • Identifies additional work and non-conformances. Rapidly communicates them to the supervisor and writes them down on the Job Card. • Ensure the presentation of the vehicle viz. resetting of equipment and accessories, cleanliness. • Update the supervisor and stores excessive consumables if any for use to avoid wastage. • Tidies up and cleans the work area, and all the tools used (individual or collective). Maintain the stock of tools and keeps them in proper condition. .
