**Packaging Designer** **About the role** We're looking for a packaging designer to bring our products to life on the shelf. You'll own the visual and structural design of our packaging from first sketch to final print, working closely with marketing, product, and production partners to create packaging that looks great, protects the product, and gets picked up. **What you'll do** * Design primary and secondary packaging — boxes, labels, pouches, cartons, inserts — across our product lines * Develop concepts, mockups, and dielines, then refine them through review rounds * Build print\-ready artwork with correct dielines, bleeds, color separations, and specs * Coordinate with printers and suppliers on materials, finishes, proofs, and press checks * Make sure every design meets brand guidelines and regulatory labeling requirements * Research shelf trends, competitor packaging, and sustainable material options * Maintain organized artwork files, version history, and packaging specification sheets **What we're looking for** * 2\+ years designing packaging (agency, in\-house, or freelance) * Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign * Solid grasp of print production: CMYK vs. Pantone, substrates, finishes, prepress * Comfort with dielines and 3D mockups; Dimension, KeyShot, or Cinema 4D is a plus * A portfolio showing structural thinking, not just surface graphics * Attention to detail — a typo on 50,000 printed boxes is expensive * Clear communication and the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly **Nice to have** * Experience with sustainable or recyclable packaging * Knowledge of FMCG, cosmetics, or food and beverage labeling regulations * Photography or retouching skills Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
