Job description
We're looking for an Outlet Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Buraydah outlet.**What you'll do:**
* Oversee daily outlet operations to meet SOPs and KPIs
* Supervise operators, team leaders, and couriers (attendance, shifts, manpower)
* Monitor KPIs: sign rate, first\-attempt delivery, pickup SLA, DPD, calling time
* Plan workforce and day\-offs to ensure adequate staffing
* Coordinate with the Fleet Team on vehicle availability, repairs, and asset control
* Train and coach staff on policies, SOPs, and safety standards
**What we're looking for:**
* Bachelor's Degree
* 2–3 years' experience in Saudi Arabia
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong communication skills, responsible, able to work under pressure
* English/Arabic
