Outdoor Sales Executive - Luggage & Bags

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales of luggage, travel accessories, backpacks, and related products across the UAE market . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets through regular market visits. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores, and corporate customers. • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to generate new business and expand market coverage. • Promote and sell the company's luggage and travel accessory products. • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions. • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals. • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections. • Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at customer locations. • Submit regular sales reports and market updates to management. • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum 1 - 3 years of outdoor sales experience in luggage, travel accessories, bags, retail products, FMCG, or consumer goods. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred. • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
