Outdoor Sales Executive – FMCG (Non-Food) - KSA

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our FMCG Non-Food distribution team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and wholesalers. • Promote and sell FMCG non-food products ( such as household items, personal care, cleaning products,Apparel,Home Textiles, Garments, etc. ). • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory. • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and shelf placement in stores. • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends. • Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment. • Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and customer records. • Ensure adherence to company pricing, credit, and collection policies. • 2–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in FMCG (Non-Food preferred). • Strong knowledge of KSA retail market and routes (preferred). • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. • Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory . • Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable). • Arabic and English communication skills will be an advantage.
