Outdoor Sales Executive

Our team of experts works closely with each client to provide customized solutions that address all aspects of their interior requirements, ensuring a seamless experience from selection to installation. **The Role** We are seeking a high\-energy, results\-driven **Outdoor Sales Executive** to join our team in Qatar. This role requires a "hunter" mentality to acquire new business while maintaining the high standard of service our existing clients expect. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry to final payment clearance. **Key Responsibilities** * **Business Development:** Proactively approach and acquire new clients within the hospitality, Residential and Construction sectors. * **Account Management:** Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. * **Sales Lifecycle:** Generate inquiries, provide technical product information, and successfully close Purchase Orders (POs) with training provided. * **Financial Accountability:** Full responsibility for payment follow\-ups, ensuring all dues are collected and cleared in a timely manner. * **Documentation \& Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and daily reporting. **Requirements (Strict Criteria)** * **Experience:** 03\-04 years of local sales experience in **Qatar**, specifically within the **Hospitality** or Residential and **Construction** industries. * **Driving License:** A valid **Qatar Driver’s License is mandatory** (applications without a license will not be considered). * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree holder preferred. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; prior experience using ERP software is a significant advantage. * **Language:** Must be highly proficient in English. * **Visa Status:** Candidates must currently reside in Qatar with a **Transferable Visa (with NOC)** or be under **Family Sponsorship**. **Benefits:** * Attractive incentive and commission structure (to be discussed in detail with shortlisted candidates). * Company\-provided vehicle. * Fuel allowance. * Mobile phone allowance. * All other benefits as per the Qatar Labor Law.
