Sales Executive – Building Materials (MEP, Plumbing, Hardware \& Sanitary) **Location:** Sharjah, UAE Join Our Growing Team! Burj Al Bunyan BLDG MAT TR LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Outdoor Sales Executive** to expand our customer base across the UAE. If you have experience selling building materials and enjoy meeting contractors, MEP companies, traders, retailers, and project clients, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Develop new business opportunities across the UAE. * Visit contractors, MEP companies, consultants, traders, retailers, and project sites. * Promote and sell our complete range of building materials. * Prepare quotations and negotiate prices. * Follow up on inquiries, quotations, LPOs, and payments. * Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Products You'll Sell * uPVC Pipes \& Fittings * Drainage \& Sewerage Systems * Water Supply Materials * MEP Materials * Plumbing Materials * Hardware * Sanitary Ware * Safety Items * Building Consumables * Brands including Hepworth, Cosmoplast, Technopipe and other leading manufacturers. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of UAE building materials sales experience**. * Valid UAE Driving Licence (Required). * Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and MEP market. * Existing network of contractors, MEP companies, traders, and project customers is a strong advantage. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self\-motivated and target\-oriented. * Ability to generate new business independently.
