Outdoor Sales Executive – Building Materials & Architectural Hardware

**We are looking for candidates suitable for Outdoor Sales Executive Role for our Architectural Hardware \& Building Materials Company in Dubai.** This is a **FIELD SALES position**. The selected candidate will be responsible for travelling within the UAE, visiting hardware shops, building\-material traders, contractors and project customers, generating new business and developing long\-term customer relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Visit existing and prospective customers across the UAE * Generate new customers through cold visits and market prospecting * Visit hardware shops, traders, contractors and project sites * Present and promote architectural hardware and building\-material products * Prepare and follow up on enquiries and quotations * Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer payments * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships * Achieve assigned sales targets * Report market activity, customer feedback and competitor information to management **Requirements:** * Previous UAE outdoor/field\-sales experience preferred * Building materials, architectural hardware, sanitary ware, aluminium, construction products or hardware\-trading experience is highly preferred * Valid UAE driving licence preferred * Must be comfortable with daily outdoor customer visits and cold prospecting * Good communication and negotiation skills * English required; Hindi/Urdu preferred; Arabic is an advantage * Candidates currently in the UAE preferred **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full\-time Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED6,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you currently live in the UAE? * How many years of UAE outdoor/field\-sales experience do you have? * Have you worked in building materials, architectural hardware, sanitary ware, aluminium, hardware or construction products? * What is your current or last monthly salary?
