**Outdoor Sales Executive – Garment \& Ready\-Made Garment** **Company:** ANDGARMENT TRADING AND TAILORING **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary Package:** QAR 3,500 per month \+ 5% Commission **Vehicle:** Company vehicle provided **About ANDGARMENT** ANDGARMENT is a Qatar\-based garment factory specializing in customized apparel, ready\-made garments, private\-label production, tailoring, and bulk clothing orders. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Outdoor Sales Executive** with strong knowledge of the **garment and ready\-made garment sector in Qatar** and a proven ability to build a strong client base and generate genuine sales orders. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain a strong client base across Qatar. * Identify and approach companies, businesses, retailers, contractors, and other potential buyers requiring garments and apparel. * Generate new business opportunities through outdoor visits, networking, direct sales, and relationship building. * Secure **genuine purchase orders and bulk sales**, not just leads or inquiries. * Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the factory and internal teams to prepare suitable quotations and products. * Build long\-term relationships with clients and increase repeat business. * Conduct regular client visits and follow up on quotations, samples, negotiations, and pending orders. * Meet assigned sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue growth. * Monitor market opportunities, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements within the garment and ready\-made garment sector. * Maintain accurate records of prospects, quotations, follow\-ups, and confirmed orders. * Coordinate with management regarding major accounts, pricing, negotiations, and order execution. **Requirements** * **Proven outdoor sales experience in Qatar is mandatory.** * Previous experience in the **garment, apparel, clothing, uniform, textile, or ready\-made garment sector is mandatory.** * Strong existing knowledge of the Qatar market and business environment. * Proven ability to **build a client base and bring confirmed sales orders**. * Strong B2B sales and business development skills. * Valid **Qatar driving license is mandatory**. * Must be comfortable with extensive outdoor/client visits. * Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow\-up skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Knowledge of garment products, fabrics, customization, printing, embroidery, sizing, and bulk production will be an advantage. * Candidates with an existing network of garment/apparel buyers and corporate clients in Qatar are highly preferred.
