Outdoor Media Sales Executive

**Sales Executive – Dubai Silicon Oasis (Screens \& Advertising)** **Location:** Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full\-time **About the role** AdCentral is building a fast growing digital screen network across Dubai, placed in pharmacies, clinics, gyms, restaurants and cafes. We're hiring a sales executive to fully own Dubai Silicon Oasis region. You'll sign up the venues that host our screens, and you'll also sign up the advertisers who pay to run ads on them. You handle both sides of the business in your area. **What you'll do** * Visit shops, clinics, gyms, restaurants and cafes in Dubai Silicon Oasis and sign them up to host a screen to play ads. * Coordinate screen installation and get it activated * Sell advertising space on your screens to local businesses and advertisers around * Keep your leads and deals updated in our CRM * Build strong and healthy relationships with venue owners and advertisers **What you'll need** * 2 years of field sales experience in the UAE / GCC (door to door sales, telecom sales, or similar) preferred. * English is mandatory. Native fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, Tagalog or Arabic is a plus * A valid UAE driving license or ability to travel around Dubai Silicon Oasis region daily * Self motivated and comfortable working independently in the field, reporting daily updates to the Sales Manager **Pay** * Basic salary: AED 2,000 plus AED 500 allowance (AED 2,500 total per month) * Attractive commission on every screen you activate or advertiser's ad spend you bring in beyond the set target Full commission details will be explained clearly before you accept the offer.
