Organizational Development Manager **Location:** Hidd, Bahrain **Company:** Virelix Group of Companies **Salary:** **BHD 2,000–3,000 per month** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Organizational Development Manager** to lead organizational effectiveness, talent development, leadership development, and change\-management initiatives that support business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement organizational development strategies * Lead talent management and succession\-planning initiatives * Design leadership and employee\-development programs * Support organizational design and workforce planning * Lead change\-management and transformation initiatives * Monitor employee engagement and organizational KPIs * Partner with senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness * Develop reports and recommendations for management **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field * **3\+ years of experience** in organizational development, talent management, or HR transformation * Strong knowledge of organizational design and change management * Experience developing leadership and succession programs * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder\-management skills * Strong analytical and project\-management abilities * CIPD, SHRM, or similar certification is an advantage Pay: BD2,000\.000 \- BD3,000\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hidd
