Order Processing Services Senior Assistant (6 Months)

Job Description: Join our Order Processing Services team as a Senior Assistant and become the backbone of seamless customer order fulfillment. If you thrive on accuracy, love solving problems, and want to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction, this role is for you. **What are the key skills we are looking for?** **Customer Order Management*** Organize and manage the processing of all incoming customer orders, including domestic and international orders. * Verify catalog numbers, pricing, product availability, and order accuracy before processing. * Manage large\-volume orders and ensure compliance with customer and business requirements. * Handle order amendments, cancellations, and change requests in a timely manner. * Coordinate order expediting activities to meet customer expectations and delivery commitments. * Review customer credit limits and ensure compliance with company credit policies before order release. * Maintain accurate promise dates and proactively communicate order status updates to customers and stakeholders. * Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve order\-related issues. * Support customer service activities executed by the Customer Care Center (CCC) Sales Order Administration Team. **Warehouse Operations Management*** Lead daily warehouse operations to achieve targets related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service levels. * Monitor and direct warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. * Ensure efficient resource utilization and workflow management to maximize operational performance. * Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. * Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock reconciliation activities. **Continuous Improvement \& Performance Management*** Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities to enhance logistics and supply chain performance. * Analyze warehouse and customer service KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve results. * Support optimization projects focused on efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction. * Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics to management. **What qualifications will make you successful?*** Sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple orders without missing a beat * Strong communication skills to keep everyone in the loop and aligned on priorities * A proactive approach to spotting and solving issues before they become problems * Adaptability and composure in a dynamic, fast\-moving operational environment (External) English Qualifications: **What's in it for me?*** Work with a supportive team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Gain hands\-on experience in supply chain operations with opportunities to grow your expertise * Contribute to projects that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance * Enjoy a role where your work makes a visible difference every day Ready to power exceptional order experiences?
