Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Job Type : Permanent Experience : 10-16 Years Location : Riyadh (On-site) Key Responsibilities: Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning Management, HR Help Desk, Succession Planning & Talent Review and must have worked as a solution architect in HCM Should have expertise in Technical Tool like HDL , BI , OTBI and HCM Extract of Oracle HCM . Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support. Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests Good-to Have: Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English) with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management
