Operations /Production Manager \- Aluminium Division Note :\- Candidate with Aluminium field of experience only need to apply. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager for our Aluminium Division. This role will oversee the day\-to\-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, project management, and team leadership within the aluminium industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Leadership:** Manage and coordinate all aspects of the aluminium production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. * **Process Optimization:** Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control measures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. * **Budget Management:** Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure cost\-effectiveness. * **Supply Chain Coordination:** Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products. * **Health \& Safety Compliance:** Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and leading safety initiatives. * **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and project progress for senior management review. * **Project Management:** Oversee special projects, including new product development and process innovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration * Good Knowledge about Aluminum Profiles * Good Knowledge about CAD Drawings and sections * Minimum of 5\-7 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in the aluminium industry. * Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. * Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. * Proficient in MS Office and relevant operational management software. * Should have knowledge in aluminium software, drawings etc **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
