**Operations Planner / Service Coordinator (Remote or onsite)** **Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Responsibilities * Schedule and assign appointments efficiently. * Optimise technician routes across Dubai. * Coordinate between customers and technicians. * Handle schedule changes and operational issues. * Ensure on\-time service delivery. * Support the customer service team when required. Requirements * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Strong knowledge of Dubai's communities, roads and travel times (**mandatory**). * Experience in planning, dispatch, logistics or operations preferred. * Comfortable using scheduling software and working in a fast\-paced environment. * High attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
