Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

1. 3PL Warehouse Management • Manage the relationship with the 3PL. • Ensure compliance with warehouse SLAs. • Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. • Review warehouse capacity and productivity. • Conduct regular operational reviews with the 3PL. 2. Inventory Management • Maintain inventory accuracy. • Oversee cycle counts and stock reconciliations. • Investigate stock discrepancies. • Minimize damages and inventory loss. • Monitor inventory aging and space utilization. • Provide full details and data for suppliers and insurance claims 3. Store Replenishment • Ensure stores receive stock on time. • Prioritize replenishment based on business needs. • Monitor replenishment KPIs and cut-off times. 4. Customer Order Fulfillment • Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and on time. • Resolve fulfillment issues quickly. • Monitor order backlog and SLA compliance. 5. Quality Control • Manage the QC team. • Ensure orders are inspected before dispatch “where applicable”. • Monitor QC productivity and accuracy. • Reduce returns caused by quality issues. • Report product and handling defects to relevant teams. 6. Last Mile Delivery • Manage delivery planning and execution. • Ensure on-time deliveries. • Optimize delivery capacity and routes. • Monitor delivery partner performance (when applicable). • Improve customer delivery experience. • Reduce delivery failures and complaints. 7. Performance & Continuous Improvement • Monitor operational KPIs. • Identify process improvements. • Lead cost-saving and productivity initiatives. • Ensure SOPs are followed across all functions.
