Operations Manager

\-Develop annual plan including associated budgets and sales strategies while monitoring performance of staff members and sales \-Manage training, development and motivation of staff and ensure that all outlets are staffed in order to meet objectives and all staff are encouraged to maximize their capabilities \- Analyze the market and local consumer tastes and preferences and customize the offered eateries to suit local requirements \-Manage hires of new staff and knowledge about UAE guidelines. \-Identify and develop strategies towards revenue from institutional sales through effective networking, and implement appropriate strategies in areas of promotions, special offers, events, thereby achieving planned revenue Candidate must have at least 5\-10 years experience with a cafe/restaurant.
