Operations Manager – Restaurant (Abu Dhabi, UAE)Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Restaurant Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing operational efficiency, leading the team, and achieving financial and business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all daily restaurant operations. * Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction. * Manage and supervise all departments including kitchen, service, bar, housekeeping, and support staff. * Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate employees. * Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations. * Control operational costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships. * Prepare staff schedules and optimize workforce productivity. * Analyze sales, expenses, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets. * Develop and implement operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. * Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently. * Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions with the management team. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum **5 years of experience** in restaurant operations, including at least **2 years in a managerial role**. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Excellent understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control. * Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
