Operational Management * Manage daily business operations across all departments. * Ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource utilization. * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. * Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership * Lead, coach, and develop department managers and supervisors. * Set departmental KPIs and monitor performance. * Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs. * Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Process Improvement * Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. * Streamline workflows to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Financial Management * Prepare and manage operational budgets. * Monitor operating expenses and identify cost\-saving opportunities. * Analyze financial reports and operational metrics. * Ensure profitability targets are achieved. Inventory \& Supply Chain * Oversee inventory planning and stock accuracy. * Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. * Ensure timely product availability and efficient logistics. Customer Service * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Resolve operational issues impacting customer experience. * Improve service delivery standards. Compliance \& Safety * Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and company regulations. * Minimize operational risks. * Maintain workplace safety standards. Reporting * Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. * Present KPIs and performance updates to senior management. * Recommend strategic initiatives based on operational data.
