Job description

• Lead the overall operations of multiple façade projects from award to final handover. • Develop and monitor operational plans, project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal departments. • Ensure engineering, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals are completed on schedule. • Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials. • Manage factory production, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities. • Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and overall operational performance. • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, project milestones, and quality requirements. • Conduct regular operational review meetings and provide progress reports to the General Manager. • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards. • Lead Project Managers, Factory Manager, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site Teams to achieve operational objectives. • Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues in coordination with consultants and clients. • Ensure timely project completion, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. • PMP certification or a Master's Degree is an added advantage. • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in façade, aluminum, or architectural metal works. • Minimum 8 years in a senior operational leadership role within the UAE or GCC. • Proven experience managing multiple luxury high-rise façade projects. • Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized façades, stick systems, ACP cladding, glazing, skylights, louvers, balustrades, and architectural metal works. • Sound understanding of operations management, project planning, contracts, procurement, fabrication, installation, and QA/QC. • Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and international façade standards. • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
