Operations Excellence Executive

**Role Overview:** We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Operations Excellence Executive** to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a **fresh graduate or early\-career professional** with a strong sense of logic, common sense, and a passion for process improvement. Youll play a key part in shaping operational efficiency by developing SOPs, streamlining workflows, and supporting teams with structured training and tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in **developing and documenting SOPs** (Standard Operating Procedures) across departments. * Design and maintain **process flows and efficiency maps** using flowcharts and visual tools. * Identify inefficiencies and suggest logical, practical solutions to improve operational performance. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand their workflows and support improvement initiatives. * Support training of staff on newly developed or updated processes and SOPs. * Monitor the implementation of processes to ensure alignment with company standards. * Work closely with the Operations team to continuously identify areas of improvement. * Help build a culture of **continuous improvement** through structured processes and feedback loops. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Fresh graduates are welcome experience in internships or projects related to operations/process improvement is a plus. * Strong analytical thinking, **logic\-driven mindset**, and a knack for **problem\-solving**. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic preferred). * Ability to create process flow diagrams and documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools). * Eager to learn, highly organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable delivering presentations and training sessions.
