Operations Coordinator – Car Rental Company **Location:** Dubai Marina We are looking for an experienced **Operations Coordinator** to oversee the daily operations of our car rental company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in car rental operations, driver management, and fleet management systems. Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of the car rental business. * Operate and manage **TARS, RTA, Node**, and other operational systems. * Coordinate and supervise drivers, vehicle deliveries, collections, replacements, and maintenance. * Ensure rental agreements and vehicle records are accurate and up to date. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues. * Monitor business processes and improve operational efficiency. * Prepare reports for management. * Support basic accounting tasks and sales inquiries. Requirements * **Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.** * **Minimum 4 years of experience in a car rental company.** * Strong knowledge of car rental operations and driver management. * Proficient in **TARS, RTA, Node**, or similar fleet management systems. * Basic knowledge of accounting. * Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. Working Schedule * **Office Location:** Dubai Marina * **10 working hours per day** * **1\-hour break** * **1 day off per week** * **1 remote working day per week** (subject to company policy) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED4,000\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month Experience: * car rental: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * UAE Driving License (Required) Location: * Dubai (Required) Work Location: In person
