Operations and marketing Executive

Operations \& Marketing Executive – Specialty Café Location: Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah ( Full\-Time ) We are looking for a hands\-on and reliable Operations \& Marketing Executive to help manage the daily operations and marketing of our specialty café. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the café’s daily operations and staff. * Manage orders, stock, inventory, purchasing, and suppliers. * Purchase urgent/missing items when required. * Prepare daily/weekly operational and financial reports. * Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations and solve operational issues. * Manage the café’s social media and marketing activities. * Take professional photos and videos of products and the café. * Create Reels, Stories, posts, and promotional content. * Design social media posts using Canva or similar tools. * Follow trends and bring new creative ideas to the café.( create seasonal menu ) * Find and coordinate opportunities to participate in festivals, pop\-ups, and external events. * Support collaborations and activities that increase the café’s visibility and sales. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in F\&B, café, restaurant, or hospitality. * Strong operations and people\-management skills. * Strong photography, content creation, and social media skills. * Basic graphic design/Canva skills. * Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work independently. * Valid UAE Driving License is required. * Nationality : any ( must have experience) Package * All\-inclusive salary package including accommodation and transportation. * Salary based on experience and qualifications. * Probation period as per UAE Labour Law.(3\-6\) We are looking for someone who can actually run the place, take initiative, create content, and help grow the café.
