Operation Team Leader

**Brief Roles and Responsibilities:** * Understand and agree to follow the operating policies concerning promptly and courteously assisting all customers in a friendly and efficient manner. * Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all visitors in a friendly, professional manner. * Provide quick, responsive customer service. * Issue tickets for drop off and collect the parking fee for pick up. * Park in the allocated area and drive in a safe manner. * Handle the customer property with care (car, personal belongings). * Able to use valet system (handheld devices), with basic cashier skills. * Escalate any incident/accident as per procedures. * Full awareness of safety measurements, including traffic management. * Abide by security rules and perform other duties as required. * Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and a smart and presentable appearance, including wearing clean and tidy company uniform, whilst on duty, * Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day. * Physical fit and able to work outdoor in parking area (in summer, temperature reaches above 40 degrees). * At least 2\-years valet driving experience is a must. * Able to join immediately and can change employer. The salary includes food, accommodation and transportation allowances.
