Operation Supervisor

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to manage daily operations of our heavy equipment rental business, making sure equipment, operators, and client sites run smoothly and safely. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily equipment operations, operators, drivers, and riggers * Plan equipment deployment and manpower according to client requirements * Coordinate with clients and site teams to ensure timely service * Monitor equipment availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules * Follow up with the maintenance team to reduce equipment downtime * Ensure HSE rules and company safety procedures are followed on site * Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and operation records * Handle site issues and report to management **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in operations or supervision * **Must have experience in heavy equipment rental companies** * Good knowledge of cranes, trucks, and other heavy equipment operations * Good communication and team\-handling skills * Ability to work under pressure and on site * Knowledge of Saudi site and client requirements is an advantage Pay: ﷼3,000\.00 \- ﷼5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
