Operation Manager

F\&B Operations Manager We are looking for an experienced F\&B Operations Manager to oversee and improve our daily operations. ***Key Responsibilities:*** \* Oversee production, bakery, retail, packaging and dispatch operations. \* Manage staff performance, workflow and productivity. \* Ensure product quality, food safety and hygiene standards. \* Monitor inventory, wastage, food cost and operational expenses. \* Implement and maintain SOPs and operational procedures. \* Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth and timely operations. \* Track KPIs, prepare reports and identify areas for improvement. \* Handle operational challenges and provide effective solutions. ***Requirements:*** \* Minimum 3–5 years of F\&B operations experience. \* Strong leadership and problem\-solving skills. \* Good knowledge of inventory, cost control and food safety. \* F\&B experience in Kuwait/GCC is preferred. \* Hands\-on, organized and results\-driven.
