Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the daily operations of all outlets. * Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all branches. * Monitor sales performance, operational costs, and profitability. * Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and business performance. * Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction. * Manage, supervise, and motivate outlet managers and employees. * Monitor employee attendance, performance, productivity, and discipline. * Coordinate staff scheduling and manpower requirements. * Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to avoid shortages and unnecessary wastage. * Control operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction. * Ensure proper implementation of recipes, product quality standards, and brand guidelines. * Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits. * Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management. * Analyze branch performance and take corrective action where necessary. * Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. * Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. * Support the opening of new branches and implementation of new operational procedures. * Train and develop employees to improve their skills and performance. * Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations, municipality requirements, and food safety standards. Requirements * Proven experience as an **Operations Manager**, Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, or similar role in the **F\&B industry**. * Strong experience managing multiple outlets or branches is preferred. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Good understanding of sales, food cost, inventory control, and profit and loss management. * Ability to analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Experience in the UAE F\&B industry will be an advantage. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
