Job description
VACANCY ALERT – Online Aggregator Performance Executive
We are looking for a proactive and analytical **Online Aggregator Performance Executive** to manage and monitor the performance of our F\&B brands across online delivery platforms, including **Talabat and Keeta**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor daily **orders, sales, AOV, cancellations, refunds, preparation time, ratings and overall platform performance**.
* Audit online **menus, pricing, VAT, discounts, modifiers, add\-ons and product availability**.
* Ensure accurate and high\-quality **product pictures, descriptions and listings** across platforms.
* Monitor **customer ratings and reviews**, follow up on complaints and identify recurring issues.
* Analyse **delivery coverage, high\-demand locations and expansion opportunities**.
* Conduct item\-wise analysis to identify **fast\-moving, slow\-moving and non\-moving products**.
* Analyse customer ordering behaviour, repeat customers and average order values using available platform data.
* Evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of **promotions and campaigns**.
* Coordinate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to improve online sales and profitability.
* Support Finance by reconciling **aggregator sales against POS records, commissions, refunds, deductions and settlements**.
* Prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in **F\&B, food delivery aggregators, e\-commerce, online sales or business/data analysis** preferred.
* Good knowledge of **Talabat, Keeta or similar delivery platforms** is an advantage.
* Strong **Excel, reporting and analytical skills**.
* Good understanding of pricing, promotions, sales performance and profitability.
* Detail\-oriented with strong coordination and follow\-up skills.
* Candidates currently based in **Bahrain** preferred.
