POSITION SUMMARY The Offshore Officer Student and Academic Services provides integrated administrative support across student admission, enrolment, and academic support services. The role ensures accurate and efficient admissions onboarding, enrolment management and data entry of students in line with university requirements and regulatory compliance to ensure a high-quality student experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Student Services & Administration Assess student applications, verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, generate offer letters, and maintain accurate records in student management systems. Support enrolment processes, including admitting students, unit selection, study plans, and census compliance. Act as a backend point of contact for student academic and administrative enquiries. Liaise with internal departments (Admissions, Finance, IT, Visa Services, HR) to resolve student academic issues efficiently. Prepare official student documentation such as verification letters, transcripts, and completion certificates. Maintain accurate student data for regulatory reporting (e.g., KHDA/CHEDS requirements). Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic regulations, and external regulatory bodies. Support reporting requirements, audits, and quality assurance processes across student and academic services. Any other responsibilities within the Student and Academic Services department assigned from time to time. RELATIONSHIPS Work closely with the onshore Student and Academic Services Team and Student Recruitment Team QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Ability to quickly learn and understand student and learning management systems (e.g., S1, Canvas, Blackboard). Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced academic environment. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and student-centered approach. LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is a fully remote role based at the offshore location.
